This is the first Supercoherence Frequency to contain Lumanetic Crystal frequencies, which is exciting for those of us who have an affinity with the Mineral Kingdom!
The Supercoherence I Am Resilient & Resourceful Frequency (SRRF) contains the frequencies of Ruby, Sapphire, Smoky Quartz and Turquoise. It also contains both I AM Male and I AM Female Frequencies, as well as other Lumanetic frequencies that help us deal with overwhelm, and enable integration of difficult events and experiences.
The SRRF offers us the opportunity to connect more fully with our inner strength (mental/ emotional/ spiritual), sovereignty, courage, and innovativeness in a grounded, focused, inspired way.
It also seems to help “turbo-charge” the transformation of limited and limiting light-energy-information encodings in our quantum field, to more expansive, affirming, empowering and generative configurations.
It can be combined with the SRTLFs to further amplify this effect.
The SRRF is a potent reminder that, at the very core of your being, you are a powerful co-creator of your own destiny; that no matter the external circumstances or situation you find yourself in, you are indestructible and indomitable and that you can never be diminished. This Frequency helps to make this truth more real and embodied in all aspects of your Self.
Uses And Experiences
Some people take to the I Am Resilient & Resourceful Frequency like a duck to water, and like to keep it on all the time right from the beginning (myself and my 94-year-old Dad included!).
Others prefer to use it for shorter periods of time before building up their usage over a few days or weeks, to allow their personal light-energy-information field to align with it more gradually.
Either way, the beneficial effects build over time and can include:
